FAQ - Your questions answered
Do you have questions about our collection of baby accessories? Would you like to know the size of the scarf, the features of the pouch or if you can use the scarf for newborns, whatever your question may be? Here is the answer:

Q : For what age the products are suitable?
A.: Babies can wear the scarves since their birth. You only have to tie it behind their neck. The scarf is very practical until your toddler is 2 years old. Older children can wear it around their neck in Fall and Spring.
Q.: Are there different sizes?
A.: One size fits all. You only have to roll it up when your child is younger.
Q.: Where is the fabric from?
R.: The fabrics are bought in Montréal. We pick end of series fabric rolls that had been used to prepare kids clothing.
Q.: May we put the pouch in the dryer?
A.: No you cannot because of the plastic coating that protects the inside of the pouch. You need to air dry it or simply use a moist wipe for the interior.
Q.: Does the scarf suit older children’s head?
A.: Absolutely, adults can even wear it.
Q.: How do we tie the scarf?
A.: You just have to tie it behind the child’s head or neck. As newborn only moves gently, you can simply turn it around their head once without doing a knot behind.
Q.: Why there is no press stud or Velcro?
A.: Glup prefers keeping it simple and avoiding the inconvenience that usually comes with these types of fasteners. A press stud often ends up unstitched and a Velcro winds, stings and wakes the child up when you want to take the scarf off.
